We will send you a confirmation and the respective contact details before your arrival.

Rental car organization

Cape Town is a major city and as in many other metropolises crime is a problem. Using public transport is definitely not the safest and easiest way to get from A to B in Cape Town.

Public transport in South Africa is generally not very reliable. That's why we advice on renting a car for the duration of the internship abroad. You can share this with a friend, coworker or roommate. Another option is buying a car, but this is a risky business as there is no yearly mandatory vehicle inspection in South Africa and you could end up with an engine breakdown.

A car is the safest way to get around - that is for sure!

Our services:

We are in contact with various local rental car companies and help you to rent a suitable care. Depending on the type of car the average monthly rent is between 220 and 280 Euros. Please bare in mind that there are a lot of shady car rentals and to pay special attention to their small print. International students often have to pay more than locals, too!

We support you with organizing a suitable car right from the start of your stay abroad!
