Your Ireland Specialist – Ihre Irlandspezialistin is a small tour operator based in Killarney, Co. Kerry in the South West of Ireland and specializes mainly in the German Market

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • General office duties (writing invoices, answering e-mails)
  • Data Entry (receipts)
  • Prepare monthly reports – website statistics
  • Translations (menus, guest information…)
  • Facebook posts
  • Checking invoices
  • Research the internet for topics for newsletter

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn and Xing (an advantage)
  • good time keeping
  • neat, tidy
    meets goals promptly with regular progress reports
  • Polite/respectful
  • fluent in German and English
  • knowledge of word press an advantage
  • set up and maintain a proper filing system

 

Other requirements:

Full driving license, Good appearance, good clear voice, flexible, interest in Irish History, Culture, Tourism and Sightseeing places,
