Internship Technical Resourcer

With turnover approaching £10 Million and a diverse workforce of 20 staff and over 200 contract staff, we require an enthusiastic intern to support our sales teams.

Tasks:

Duties will include:

Full recruitment delivery lifecycle;

  • Ensure all client live vacancies are delivered against within defined Service Level Agreements
  • Responsible for resourcing candidates for vacancies by undertaking database searches, qualifying candidates’ suitability and submitting relevant details to the Account Manager or direct to the client.
  • Networking with candidates to obtain new candidates, arranging interviews, closing candidates and clients post interview.
  • Facilitating the full and compliant raising of Contracts and Purchase orders  Build good working relationships with contractors, candidates, peers, and managers
  • Pro-active contract extensions
  • Maximising the contact of candidates order to keep database records up-to-date and extend the number of candidates we have registered on the database. 
  • Provide a help desk and contractor care service for existing contractors
  • Facilitate all issues regarding contractor and permanent placements; Timesheets, Invoices, query resolution

  • Studying for a relevant undergraduate or Post Graduate degree or newly qualified relevant degree holder

The role of a Technical Resourcer is exciting, challenging and rewarding. The industry, particularly within Aviation and Formula 1, is tremendously fast paced, demanding and diverse, with no two days the same.

Initially you will be supporting a team of established Sales and Account Managers who have a wide variety of business to deliver on. Working on candidate generation and selection you will support the sales and account managers in identifying and delivering the right talent into top international clients. This will involve attracting and finding candidates through advertising (using a wide range of media), database searching, and networking.

Period: minimum 6 weeks

Financial Support: 10 £ per day for travel/meals

Place od Internship: Central London

Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 5.30, 1 hour lunch break
