Internship - Reception and Customer Service in a Hotel - Shanghai
Responsibilities
Our internships will mainly get an insight of the processes within hotel management and administration.
- Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources
- Responsible for hotel reservations, transportation arrangements such as car rentals, limo services, catering
- Provides delivery and pricing information, processes orders, prepares cash reports
Requirements
- Very good English knowledge
- Basic Mandarin knowledge is preferred
- Educational background in Hotel
- Motivation, working in team
- Multitasking
