Internship - Reception and Customer Service in a Hotel - Shanghai

Responsibilities

Our internships will mainly get an insight of the processes within hotel management and administration.

  • Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources
  • Responsible for hotel reservations, transportation arrangements such as car rentals, limo services, catering
  • Provides delivery and pricing information, processes orders, prepares cash reports 

 

Requirements

  • Very good English knowledge
  • Basic Mandarin knowledge is preferred
  • Educational background in Hotel
  • Motivation, working in team
  • Multitasking
