Internship - Administration and Marketing in Shanghai

Responsibilities

Inbound: International volunteer programs, Internship programs, One year high school program, Group students program

Outbound: Internship programs to USA, volunteers programs in the world

  • To provide market research, maintaining files on market information/reports. The research will include internship host companies in Shanghai, colleges and universities in China for outbound programs
  • To production of marketing materials/publications, such as newsletter, calendars
  • To maintain existing partners in Shanghai, and source new ones
  • To arrange for promotional events
  • To counsel of call-in/walk-in participants
  • To assist the management of current participants in China
  • Other reasonable duties for the level of the post, as required by the Director

 

 

Requirements

  • Excellent English skill (Oral and written English)
  • Good communication skill
  • Open, responsible, and flexible
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Be able to use Photoshop or making videos, will be preference
  • Basic Mandarin Skill will be preference
