is offering Internship position in Marketing.

SKILLS and Characteristic:

• Male / Female, surfer preferred due to the company service offered. 
• Good English in writing and speaking. 
• Background (basic studies) in Marketing and / or Sales.
• Self responsible working a must. 
• Indonesian Language skills a plus. 
• Quick under standing and improvising in new and unknown tasks. 
• Computer literate in MS office. 
• Website design and e-commerce knowledge a plus. 
• Tourism Backgrounds a plus. 
• Experience in Bali or Indonesia a plus.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Active role in developing marketing and sales strategies. Partner network and operations. 
• Coordinating and executing Marketing and Sales strategies. 
• Market research and competitor research in the surf charter and surf guiding Business. 
• Product development of new charter trips, boat tours, surf spot research. Package creation and promotions. 
• Active role in the creation of the brand image, web and online presences and social networking presence, optimizing web presence and web-design; Online marketing. 
• Supporting Management in the fields of HR, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing, Operations; 
• Follow ups and coordinating on internal affairs and with different external Partners; 
• Supporting the coordination of Crew and operations of Charter Boats.
