SKILLS and Characteristic:

• Male / Female, surfer preferred due to the company service offered. 
• Good English in writing and speaking. 
• Self responsible working a must. 
• Indonesian Language skills a plus. 
• Quick understanding and improvising in new and unknown tasks.  
• Tourism Backgrounds a plus. 
• Experience in Bali or Indonesia a plus.
• Openess with people

Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Customer Supervision (in-and outside the water)
  
• Telephone- and E-Mail correspondence with customers
• Hotel-, airport-, and harbour-transportation
• Supporting the coordination of Crew and operations of Charter Boats
• One-Day trips only
