Are you structured, do you have an attention for detail, and do you get things done properly timely? Would you like to work directly under the Managing Director, and actively pursue making the office more efficient? Then you are the perfect intern we are looking for. 

Our company is based in the heart of Barcelona and is offering something a little bit different!

Launched in 2004 our company provides a friendly but professional tailored service to both clients and property owners, with an international team and offering the best properties Barcelona has to offer.

 

Internship description:

  • Working directly below the Managing Director  
  • Assist with the day-to-day task in the office such as HR, accounting, interviewing new interns and keeping the office organized
  • You will learn what it takes to run a company
  • New ideas for how we can advertise online
  • You will also be responsible for all communication between the company and the owner

 

Requirements:  

  • Good writing skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Very good English and Spanish skills
  • Organizationsl talent

 

Salary: commission based
Start: flexible
Hours: You will share these hours with our Director: Monday to Thursday 9.55 am - 8.15 pm, Friday 9.55 am - 6 pm, Saturday 10 am- 2 pm
